Colour Masterbatch

Color Masterbatch is a granular colorant specifically designed for the large-scale coloring production of plastics, fibers, and other materials. It is produced by compounding and extruding a super-concentrated amount of pigment and additives with a carrier resin.
The main types are classified as follows:
(1) Single Pigment Concentrate (SPC): High-concentration masterbatch containing a single pigment, with pigment content reaching 35%~70%. It has a low proportion of carrier resin and contains minimal wax or additives.
(2) Custom Color Masterbatch (Custom Coloring): Achieves a customer-specified color by blending multiple SPCs or directly proportioning color powders, offering high flexibility.
(3) Functional Additive Masterbatch: Provides additional properties beyond coloring, such as antibacterial or antistatic effects. The carrier resin and functional agents are designed synergistically.
(4) Dedicated Carrier Masterbatch: Optimized for compatibility with specific resins (e.g., PET, PA) to avoid phase separation.
