CTS-CD series two-stage extruder is a highly efficient and versatile plastic extrusion equipment, which adopts a two-stage design (usually composed of a first-stage screw extruder and a second-stage gear pump or exhaust extruder), and is designed for high-volume, high-precision processing needs. This equipment is widely used in plastic modification, recycling granulation, high-filling material preparation and other fields, especially suitable for processes with strict requirements on melt uniformity, exhaust performance and production capacity.

1. Two-stage collaborative system
The first stage features a co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder for thorough mixing, achieving optimal plasticization, kneading, and homogenization of materials without die head backpressure reflux, resulting in optimal material blending.
The second stage consists of a low-speed single-screw extruder, maintaining material temperature during extrusion and preventing decomposition that can occur in overheating processes.
